Registration is open until October 12, 2018.

Abstract submission for oral presentation is closed. Abstract submission for posters is open until September 30, 2018.

Several steps are required for registration:

  1. Mandatory
    • Registration on the symposium website : see page "Registration"
    • Registration and payment to the SFBBM, as described below. Registration will be considered as definitive only after the payment is received by the SFBBM.
  2. Optional
  3. Submission of an abstract (Tab "Submissions" in "My Space"). Format of the abstract: Format_abstract.docx

 

------------------- REGISTRATION FEES -------------------

Registration fees include participation to the symposium, accommodation for the nights of October 15 and 16, 2018, and meals (from Oct 15 lunch to Oct 17 lunch).

Membership to the SFBBM (Société Française de Biochimie et Biologie Moléculaire) is mandatory to be allowed to participate to the symposium.

All payments must be accompanied by a copy of the meeting registration form(s) of the concerned person(s).

- Senior scientists (academia) and professors:

  • SFBBM Member: registration = 270 €
  • Non-Member of the SFBBM: registration = 270 € + SFBBM membership (80€): 350€

- Post-docs

  • SFBBM Member: registration = 230 €
  • Non-Member of the SFBBM: registration = 230 € + SFBBM membership (40€): 270€

- PhD students:

  • SFBBM Member: registration  = 230 €
  • Non-Member of the SFBBM: registration = 230 € + SFBBM membership (25€): 255€

- Others:

  • SFBBM Member: registration  = 270 €
  • Non-Member of the SFBBM: registration = 270 € + SFBBM membership (80€): 350€

Registration fees can be paid either by :

All payments must be accompanied by a copy of the meeting registration form(s) of the concerned person(s).

 

------------------- REGISTRATION TO THE SFBBM (MANDATORY) -------------------

For each payment, please make sure that the name(s) of the participant(s) is (are) clearly stated.

A printed version of the registration form (recap received by email after registration to the symposium), accompanied when necessary by the cheque or the order form, must be sent to :

------------------- CANCELLATION -------------------

Cancellation must be done by email at proteolyse2018@sciencesconf.org.

For cancellation done before September 15th, 2018, 50% of the payment will be refunded.

After this date, no refund will be possible. Non-participation to the symposium is not a valid reason for cancellation.
